I can't believe that this hasn't been updated since August, haha, SURPRISE!!! Ako pa pala ang mag-uupdate nito, hehe...since there's absolutely nothing to do and we're just waiting for grad, I've been doing all the things I wouldn't normally do online: checking Friendster, Multiply-ing, and reading Blogs...anyway, just wanted to put a few pics here to remind us of how great Santayo is, haha...I don't have the better pics with us and food, I think they're all with Ciara...I just love our pics together, we're such a happy bunch!!! :) *super senti mode* hehe...:)

at dahil wala pang nagpopost sa month ng august, gusto ko lang magpost. musta ka kayong lahat, sana ay minsan maglakad ako sa may benches sa tapat ng dela costa ay makita ko kayo dun. hayyy. busy halos lahat ng tao, pero at least nakikita ko ang bawat isa kahit saglit. balang araw mabubuhay ulit ang bench, sabay ang pagtayo ng bagong colayco hall.

Hello Santayo!!! Miss ko na kayong lahat!!! I haven't spent much time sa bench, and since we had immersion and no classes on Monday, ang tagal na nating di nagsama-sama. Anyway, just wanted to wish everyone good luck with all the stuff we have to do this week, sobrang stress, but I'm sure we'll all manage. Ice cream tayong lahat after hell week!!! Yun lang, hehe, see you all!

Surprise!!! I never blog but I suddenly had the urge to make more "semi" predictions:
If we all ended up having our own shows...
1. Ciara would be on an extreme sports sort of show with all the adventurous, risky stuff (I hope I never guest on her show!!!).
2. Shiela would be on an environmentalist/save the earth/ala discovery channel show (mind you, Tagalog show siya) .
3. Queena would have a beauty tips sort of show wherein she would give styling tips and recommended products (at may bago hairstyle every week).
5. Kynan would be the host of some entertainment/showbiz balita show (pero siyempre, may dance spiel siya at the beginning of every show).
6. Popi would have a creative writer's show...naaaah, P.A. forever si Popi, di siya magkakaroon ng show, hahahahaha, ang mean, peace tayo!!!:)
6. I won't have my own show, I'll own the network company that owns all your shows...buwahahahahahaha!!! Kidding, I'd probably be on a D-I-Y show, hehehe...
What our homes would be like...
1. Ciara: beach house na may huge room for recreational activities
2. Shiela: modern bahay kubo na may forest as a backyard
3. Queena: mansion with her own hair salon in it (fit for a Queen!)
4. Kynan: malaking bahay din pero kapit-bahay niya magulang niya (joke!!!)
5. Popi: mansion sa Manila, simple house (along the prairie) sa Cagayan
6. Yda: modern condo, as in bachelorette's pad...hmmm or baka sa Urdaneta Village, we never know!!!:)

Haha, I finally had time to post this, ENJOY!!! :)
(Predictions we made about each other during an ice cream pig-out at Shakey's):
1. Shiela will marry first among all of us. Sunod si Popi or Ciara.
2. Walang sabay na ikakasal in the same year.
3. Kynan will marry before 2 of the Santayo girls.
4. One of us will end up marrying a foreigner...si Ciara???
5. Yda will not share "the news" with the rest of Santayo kapag may BF na siya. (ok ang weird, I'm referring to myself in 3rd person...)
6. Ciara will live abroad-makes sense, she's gonna end up with a foreigner, haha...:)
7. Ciara will be the first to have a child (hmmm, but Shiela's gonna marry first?!?)
8. Popi will have the most number of boyfriends before marrying.
9. Queena will become the favorite aunt of all our children, in short consintidor siya!!!
10. Queena will come to a point in her life wherein sobrang gusto na niyang mag-asawa pero single pa rin siya. However, mahahanap din niya ang kanyang Prince Charming and her husband will be one of the nicest among all our husbands...(pinakamabait siya? or sobrang "under" lang kay Queens???:))
11. Yda's views on love and being single will completely change when she gets a BF.
12. Mahuhuli si Yda ng police for something.
13. Yda will be the most "active" when she gets married. (HUH???)
14. When Kynan gets married, he will drift apart from Santayo.
15. Popi will return to Cagayan and work there.
16. Popi and Shiela will become housewives, ehem, err, I mean "homemakers!":)
17. Yda will become the PTA President, President of the Homeowner's Association, etc.
18. Yda will have only 2 kids.
19. Ciara will have at least 5 kids.
20. Shiela will have...basta, maraming anak!!!
21. Queena will have 2-3 kids.
22. Popi will have 4 kids.
23. Kynan will have more kids than Shiela (he's afraid of growing old alone, hahaha...)
24. Yda will have a boyfriend na may asawa na pala at hindi niya alam.
25. Kynan will be the first to be de-virginized.
26. Ciara will be the first to be de-virginized (sa girls, haha...)
27. Yda will be the last to be DV.
28. Queena will have a super extravagant wedding, the rest of us will have simple weddings.
29. Yda's wedding will be traditional, church then hotel reception.
30. Shiela, Ciara, and Popi will have non-traditional weddings (ex: sa beach, sa garden, etc.)

It's the finals week na!
Only 200++ of studying and praying hours na lang. We are almost there.
I could almost see the late morning sunlight shining into my window. Ah... at last, i can sleep all day long. I can't wait to go to the cinema and finally watch a movie. I can't wait to catch-up on the Dvds i havent seen. Oh gee whiz! I'm so excited i can't hardly study... Oh no!!!

Just remember that these things are waiting for us after this hectic and stressful week. Why not turn them into simple inspirations to get us through diba?

the sem is about to end..... and popi and i have been thinking... this sem has really been a sem of firsts for us... so.. i thought it would be fun to list them down here... i'll start...

this sem, i had my first...
1.) walang.. tulugan!
2.) 800+ cellphone bill in 10 days
3.) real kabag
4.) attendance in school without taking a bath
5.) F+
6.) defense
7.) "surprise" bday celebration
8.) lesson on the different Filipino bad words.... or at least learning to say them out loud myself...
9.) pointy shoes
10.) commuting experience

hey, guys! kamusta na kayo? i'm in CS now and once again not listening.. balita ko puyat ang karamihan sa atin (popi, queena, shiela).. sana naman okay parin kayo.. at wag muna kayo humingi ng death wish! :D anyway, i'm just writing cause i never really got to say thank you! thank you for making my birthday extra special for me.. :D sobrang natuwa talaga ako nung day na yun.. :D it was one of the best birthdays i've had.. :D i was somewhat disappointed that my highschool barkada couldn't be with me that day, well except for sjeanz, pero okay lang kasi i was with you guys naman.. yuck! cheesy!! pero i mean it talaga.. thanks for being there lalo na lately with everything thats going on with my life.. :D salamat sobra! miss ko na kayo! buti nalang we can be groupmates in CS! yun lang naman!

ey guys :D i miss you all already...after like a week or so of not being able to spend time in the bench..but what i miss most of all is working with you guys in group projects!!! i miss the kwentuhan-kainan-asaran (well si yda lang yung inaasar most of the time ;p)-chismisan muna before working...oh well, i hope the cs dept realizes the grave repercussions of their decision to implement the intersection groupings..its just causing too much damage to our emotional and physical (pimples galore!) states. okay, this is getting too long..when all i really want to say is that i miss you guys already!!

Wala lang, sabi ni Pops mag-post daw ako ng tanong...anyway, say you get married, but after 5 years, your partner gets a terminal illness and after a long struggle, you end up a widow/er. You were genuinely in love with your spouse, and you have no children. You feel like your life is over and you get into a major depression stage.
Do you think you could get yourself to re-marry and start anew or would you rather remain single for the rest of your life?

have you guys heard of the term kissing friends? would you be willing to go into a "relationship" na ganoon given na you're not looking for a commitment, you know the guy/girl well enough (kaya nga friends), and he/ she is really hot.. :D ? or what if lumapit ang isang guy/ girl friend niyo sa inyo and made an "indecent proposal" na maging kissing friends kayo, what would you do? For yda, who will be giving an answer which we already know :D, what if in a given moment biglang you end up kissing a girl/guy friend, how would you handle it? (alam ko medyo alam na natin yung sagot ni yda but what the hell... its the most less extreme.. :D.. hehehe.. sorry yda!)

welcome my young ones! i am your grandmother willow, the tree across the benches where you hang out! :) i have a question for you.. Lets say you and your boyfriend or girlfriend have been together for more than a year already and you find out that he/she has a love child, what would you do? i would love to hear your insights because recently i found out that my partner, grandfather acacia, revealed to me that the tree to my right is his child.. :(
